Memi Tech has introduced the 911 Medical ID USB wallet card, a healthcare tool aimed at enabling users to manage and share their personal health information.

911 Medical ID saves personal health records (PHRs) in an electronic environment, giving users the ability to save and exchange critical health information between individuals, providers and health plans, stated Memi Tech, which is based in Louisville, Ky.

According to the company, with 911 Medical ID, consumers are able to:

• View and share critical medical information with family, physicians, hospitals and first responders;
• Track prescriptions, pharmacies and insurance information;
