69 administrators pass November 2011 CRA exam
The Radiology Administration Certification Commission has announced the list of graduates for the November 2011 class of Certified Radiology Administrators (CRAs).

A total of 69 individuals received a passing score on the computer-based exam over the course of the month to become CRAs, pushing the total number of current CRAs worldwide to 852.

The CRA program is the first and only credentialing program for imaging administrators, and was designed to recognize professional competencies in five key medical imaging management areas:
  • Financial Management
  • Communication and Information Management
  • Human Resource Management
  • Operations Management
  • Asset Management
Candidates must meet education and experience requirements and pass a national examination. Since 2002, more than 1,000 people have earned this designation.
