Digirad names Todd Clyde as president, CEO
Digirad, a provider of medical diagnostic imaging systems and services to physicians' offices, hospitals and imaging centers, has appointed its new President and CEO Todd P. Clyde to its board of directors.

Clyde, whose promotion to Digirad president and CEO took effect Oct. 20, replaces Mark Casner, who had resigned as president, CEO and director.

The number of directors on the Digirad board remains at six and consists of Clyde and five outside directors, according to the Poway, Calif.-based company.

Clyde joined Digirad as chief financial officer (CFO) in November 2002. In December 2007, the company said he was promoted to executive vice president, CFO and product head. Previously, he held senior executive and senior management positions in finance and accounting at Del Mar Database; Verance; and I-Bus/Phoenix, a division of Maxwell Technologies.
