Agfa HealthCare reported that Palmer College of Chiropractic has acquired six of its computed radiology (CR) systems, including four CR 35-X systems and two CR 30-X systems. The devices are being installed at all of Palmer’s imaging facilities within its outpatient clinic centers in Davenport, Iowa; Port Orange, Fla.; and San Jose, Calif.

The Morstel, Belgium-based Agfa anticipates completion of the installation by October of this year.

The CR 30-X and CR 35-X systems will be used both for teaching Palmer’s students radiology examination methods as well as for patient care, according to Agfa.
