Philips has entered into a three-year agreement with Nashville, Tenn.-based home health, companion care and therapy services provider SunCrest Healthcare.

The provider has selected Philips’ telehealth monitors for their home care patients. By offering the service, SunCrest will be able to remotely monitor patients with chronic diseases, while providing assurance to patients and their families that they are being monitored daily by a clinician, said Philips.
