Report calls out U.K. imaging equipment issues

The London-based Institution of Mechanical Engineers issued a report saying U.K. hospitals must do more to prevent faulty medical equipment issues, including problems with imaging equipment.

There were more than 13,000 incidents of faulty equipment across the U.K. last year, according to the institution, with MRI and CT scanners cited among the issues. Read more at the link below:
