Salem Radiology selects Orion Health's Rhapsody
Salem Radiology Consultants (SRC) has selected the Rhapsody Integration Engine from Orion Health to serve as a platform to exchange patient health data between their facility and physicians' offices throughout the region.
The Salem, Ore.-based SRC said the Rhapsody Integration Engine will allow the company to automatically populate physician's charts with digital imaging and patient information, reducing the process to 10 seconds from the previously manual process of creating and couriering a two- to-three-page manual report.
The platform will allow SRC to interface its internal information systems with the variety of third party information system platforms in use by their referring provider customers, according to Santa Monica, Calif.-based Orion.
