Thousand Oaks Radiology Group, an eight-physician practice based in Thousand Oaks, Calif., has chosen McKesson Revenue Management Solutions (RMS) to provide medical billing and accounts receivable management services.

McKesson RMS will aim to improve revenue cycle efficiency for the practice, as well as provide compliance safeguards, ongoing physician documentation education and better business reporting, according to McKesson. Thousand Oaks Radiology Group’s billing will be handled locally through one of McKesson’s 15 regional radiology billing offices nationwide.

The radiology practice provides diagnostic and interventional radiological services to the Conejo Valley and Ventura County areas through Los Robles Hospital and three stand-alone imaging centers.
