CAR hosts its annual symposium in Halifax, Canada
The Canadian Association of Radiologists (CAR) hosts its annual scientific meeting on pediatrics and multislice CT imaging in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

 Located at the World Trade & Convention Center Oct. 1-4, the conference will include sessions about breast imaging and ob/gyn. Four guest speakers from the United States will present lectures: Marilyn J. Siegel, M.D., professor of pediatric radiology and a chest radiologist at Washington University in St. Louis, Mo.; Barry Siegel, M.D., professor of radiology and chief of nuclear medicine at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology and Washington School of Medicine; Angela Levy, M.D., from the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology; and Andrew Poznanski, M.D., from Northwestern University and the Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
