N.H. academic medical center chooses Visage
Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) in Lebanon, N.H., has selected Visage Imaging, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercury Computer Systems, to provide a 16-user Visage CS Thin Client/Server system.

The company said its Visage CS Thin Client/Server offers performance throughout the entire hospital enterprise, allowing radiologists and clinicians to access medical imaging data and clinical applications anytime, anywhere. 2D, 3D and 4D data, as well as large studies and reports, are accessible throughout the hospital enterprise, the Carlsbad, Calif.-based Visage said.

The company also said its Thin Client/Server platform allows laptops and PCs to act as medical workstations, guaranteeing consistent data enterprise-wide.

DHMC, an academic medical center, includes four hospitals and clinics, as well as a network of more than 900 primary and specialty care physicians throughout New Hampshire and Vermont.
