Misys hooks 30 EMR contracts
Misys Healthcare Systems has signed on 30 medical practices for its Misys EMR (electronic medical record) system.
Misys EMR automates record-keeping processes and enables physicians to retrieve and input patient data anywhere from a PC, handheld or wireless device. The module is part of the Misys Optimum family of products and provides electronic capabilities for routine tasks related to clinical data (such as transcription, imaging, orders management, messaging and prescription writing), as well as a wireless point-of-care product for physicians in the examination room.
